Thank you so much for the questions that were submitted. We are very sorry we can not get to them all, or answer all parts of them all. Please use that as an opportunity to discuss and gain insight from those around you. As we have said before, LifeonHigh is a living and breathing philosophy and so is always open for different discussions and interpretations.
Here are responses to a few of the submitted questions. Please keep them coming. You are all amazing.
How do you deal with anger? – Meghan P.
Anger is a human emotion. Acknowledge it and accept it, do not try to run from it. Knowing your true self will help you stand up to, and resolve your anger. Take the time to look within yourself and try to discover the source of your anger. From there, use the Core Principles for Respect and Celebration, along with the simple act of Forgiveness to move past the anger you are experiencing. Always remember, pointing fingers and placing blame only work to enhance the anger within yourself. Resolutions come from forgiveness and acceptance.
Why don’t we all just hold hands and sing kumbaya? – Brad L.
Why don’t we? The only thing holding us back is the current state of human consciousness. Living your LifeonHigh is not about always being happy and accepting everything that is thrown at you. Living your LifeonHigh is about taking control of your actions and dealing with situations in a way that will increase the chance of a positive benefit for all life. Questions and disagreements should be seen as an opportunity to cooperate and advance the current mindset of all parties involved.
I have horrible road-rage and usually end my trips very stressed out. – Alex L.
Try to remember that there is only one true destination in this life. Everything else is part of the journey. Use the time you spend on the road to explore your own mind. Ask yourself questions, explore issues you are faced with in your daily life, or simply turn up the music and sing until your voice is gone. The journey should be enjoyed, not rushed. You are already where you need to be, sit back and enjoy the life that is happening around you.
Thank you again to everybody for all the questions, comments, and insights. We greatly appreciate everyone. Please feel free to leave comments, ask further questions, and add your own thoughts to the conversations of life.
In Wholeness,
Jason
